COVID-19 Stock Piling Dashboards: Created Power BI dashboards for the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) during the pandemic to manage real-time stock piling of drugs, ensuring their availability and facilitating informed decision-making.
Vendor Management Office Feedback: Developed a feedback dashboard for project owners across IQVIA (40+ countries) and 500+ project owners in clinical trials supply, enhancing vendor engagement and analyzing top vendors for therapeutic areas like oncology, cardiology, diabetes, etc.
Dashboard: Led a team to deliver over 100 dashboards for UK suppliers, manufacturers, and pharmacies using Power BI and MicroStrategy Dossier.
Data Engineering
Data Processing and ETL: Directed a team to process over 3 billion records monthly from suppliers, pharmacies, hospitals, and public domain repositories like NHS. Utilized data sources including Impala, Hive, flat files, Oracle Server, SFTP, SharePoint, and shared drives. Performed ETL processes to create data models in MS SQL Server using Pyspark and Python for dashboards and IAM Cubes (SSAS Cubes), ensuring data integrity. Managed data privacy and governance to ensure GDPR compliance.
Data Integration: Integrated client data with IQVIA datasets and public domain datasets, tailoring data to the language of customers' territories, segments, and regions. Developed metadata for products and mapped it to IQVIA datasets, creating custom product groupings for inclusion in SSAS Cubes.
Dashboard and Cube Development: Developed and maintained over 1,400 SSAS Cubes, SSRS, Power BI, and MicroStrategy Dossier dashboards for suppliers, manufacturers, and pharmacies in the UK.
Data Science
Led the development of a multimodal chatbot (Voice, Image, Chat) using Azure AI Services, Python SDK, and Azure OpenAI Services with Langchain agent. The intelligent recommendation system improved customer interaction, handling over 1000 customer queries monthly and providing personalized drug shortage alerts and price concessions, resulting in a improved in customer satisfaction.
Prototypes: Developed innovative chatbot prototypes using Azure AI Services and Azure OpenAI with Langchain agents. These prototypes read all IQVIA product offerings to assist customers (Suppliers, Pharmacies, GPs, Manufacturers) by advising relevant products based on their problem statements. This initiative will improve customer engagement and generated new customer leads, with consent information stored in SQL databases for follow-up by IQVIA client representatives.
Health Data Science: Applied data science expertise to a project aimed at detecting readmission rates for diabetes patients. Developed and evaluated 48 different machine learning models, including Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting Machines (GBM), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Neural Networks, and k-Nearest Neighbors (k-NN), before finalizing the most effective model. Utilized Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Uniform Manifold Approximation and Projection (UMAP) for dimensionality reduction and implemented unique feature importance analysis to enhance model performance
